There are many variations of massage styles out there, however, the goal here is to ensure we address the structural issues and correct what is going on in your body. If you have never had any massage or bodywork but know something is not working correctly in your body you don’t have to fear deep tissue work. You have complete control over how much pressure is used during your session. We will keep an open communication of the amount of pressure, how it might send referrals elsewhere in your body, and you can let me know how you are doing as we are working through. This is your session for your health and wellbeing.
